Two Chicago men released after DNA excludes them from 1994 rape and murder  With the prosecution’s consent, a Cook County court vacated the 1994 rape and murder convictions of Nevest Coleman and Darryl Fulton based on DNA testing pointing to their innocence and released them on their own recognizance while the prosecution decides whether or not to retry the men.
